RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Drewswork is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return the product within 30 days of the delivery date. We will return 80% of the product price.
1. Email info@drewswork.com or call / WhatsApp +852 6345 6965 with your order number to receive your return authorisation.
The product needs to be returned to the following address by the buyer:
Drewswork Workshop, 13A, 14/F, Block A, Veristrong Industrial Centre, 34-36 Au Pui Wan Street, Fo Tan, NT

2. If product is damaged by the buyer, the buyer has no right of reimbursement. If the buyer wants to ask for repair service by Drewswork, the buyer may do this with agreed repair fee.
3. We do not accept any returns after 30 days of delivery date.
